AppCRM consists of 5 applications accessible via the Appko CRM Portal. The navigation to 4 the applications is from the AppCRM Menu.

AppCRM Menu in Appko CRM Portal:

1. AppCRM – SugarCRM production system. Transactional system for corporate use.
2. AppCRM DEMO – SugarCRM demo system with example data setup. Used for training, prototyping, demonstrations, and non-production use.
3. AppSurvey – Limesurvey online dialog system for taking surveys; from customer satisfaction surveys to marketing surveys.
4. AppSurvey Admin - Administration console to create/edit surveys, export survey results for import into AppCRM, and review survey statistics.

The 5th application for AppCRM is the AppCRM Portal Page. Navigation to this application if from the AppPortal Menu.

AppCRM Portal Page is a central location for all relevant information for AppCRM.

1. AppCRM Menu – access all of AppCRM applications outside the Portal.
2. Announcement window for quick access to timely notes and information.
3. News
4. AppCRM Blog and Wiki
5. Comments and Issues form for requesting logins, reporting issues, or requesting enhancements.
